Making sure defined terms are used correctly is a painstaking task. You have to read your text carefully, word for word, over and over, verifying that terms and phrases are used and capitalized as they should be depending on the context. Long documents, multiple drafts, late hours, looming deadlines - all make it more difficult than it needs to be to catch and correct mistakes in your documents.

You can manually go through your documents, searching and highlighting terms one by one. But the more terms you search for, the more time consuming the process, and it’s even more difficult to create an index because you have to insert the right codes. If you’ve got scores of defined terms to check, the manual process can become unmanageable.

Defined Terms Indexer automates the process of finding, highlighting and indexing any number of words and phrases, whenever you want. You can quickly and easily track any or all of your terms to make sure they’re used and capitalized correctly with a few clicks of a mouse.
